I had a telephone interview with a member of the recruitment team, communication of timing was poor leaving me not knowing when to expect a call. The telephone interview itself was easy, it was mainly them running through hiring procedures and the job role, there were two standard interview questions.

Straightforward, interview on teams with two people. Received an offer promptly. Interview split into three sections - questions about the organisation, clinical questions and scenarios and questions about myself (achievements, personal attributes etc)

applied online with cv and short answer question, then had an initial screening call followed by an in person interview where i was asked around 10 questions, they encourage you to use the STAR technique
