The process started with a phone screen, phone interviews with two members of the team, and then an onsite. The onsite was fun - the questions they asked were interesting and gave me a sense of the problems they're working on. The conversations felt more like collaborative problem-solving than an interview, which I always appreciate. After the onsite they asked for a writing sample and checked references.
