Description of Duties Salary Two guys from the department in a conference room The job was a little out of my field but I gave the interview a go anyways since my friend that works at the company put in a good word for me for another position.

One initial phone call then a final video interview with 4 different department heads. Organized and well-structured interviews with relevant questions. However, I did not hear back from the final interview for almost 2 weeks when I was informed I was not selected.
