A 30-60 minute phone interview with questions about leadership experience and programming experience. Less technical and more based on experience making projects and working in a team setting. Overall a very enjoyable and smooth process.

There were 4 rounds of telephonic round followed by 1 full day on site. The process was very good, I was able to meet every team leader and the higher management as well
