It was a good while before being contacted for an interview. I was emailed for the initial interview that was within that week. The interview lasted about 30 minutes with 4 people. I was then contacted for a second interview about 2 weeks later. The 2nd interview lasted about an hour and was with only 2 people. It was another week before I received an offer.
