      Middle Frontend Developer Interview

      19 Jan 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Kraków
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Browzwear (Kraków) in Dec 2024

      Interview

The process took over a month, but my overall experience with the front-end lead and engineering manager interviews was very positive. They were both respectful and honest throughout the interactions. Unfortunately, the HR department did not meet the same standard. Their response times after each step were excessively long - often more than a week. On one occasion, they invited me to their office, only to later send an invitation for a video call instead. I had to follow up each time to clarify details and receive the correct information. Additionally, before each stage, I politely asked for details about the next steps, but my messages were ignored. Instead, I would simply receive a generic invitation to proceed to the next stage without any context or explanation. Lastly, and most disappointingly, after the final interview, just before the offer stage, HR stopped communicating entirely. It’s baffling and unprofessional to ghost a candidate after investing over a month in the process.
