I was referred for the role through a recruitment agency I had already been working with. The Initial interview was conducted with the recruitment consultant and then the 2nd interview was with another recruitment consultant. Final stage interview was completed with the company manager at the BROWZ Sydney offices.

Interview
Easy, meeting with HR VP on the phone and then again in person. Also met with the VP of Professional Services in person. About 30 minutes each time. Laid back interview style.

Went to a room with 3 or 4 chairs and was asked the normal type questions about resume, experience, and skills by the director/team lead of the group you would be working with. It was a first interview, so it was medium-length.
