Interviewed with another candidate interviewing for the job. Our resumes were put right next to each other and we were asked the same questions. It was pretty awkward because you had to defend yourself while trying to go after a position you were interested in. It definitely caused me to ultimately not want the job.

Applied, took assessment, got a call, did two interviews. The longest part of the process was the background check which took about two weeks. Besides that it was a pretty straightforward process.
