Thank you for applying with our firm. I'm not sure why you feel the interview process was not positive from your experience. I read your criticisms and not sure why you think it's unfair to ask a candidate while at the office to fill out a few questions and provide references. If you didn't have references to provide on the spot we always allow people to supplement. It is also not uncommon to ask a candidate their skillset in a wide variety of skills, so I'm uncertain why you think asking a potential administrative assistant if they can conduct a telephone intake is not appropriate.
