Easy going, a lot of behavioral questions. No technical. How would you handle X situation type questions, how do you handle conflict, multiple priorities, why are you interested in operations over FO roles?

Smooth, easy, quick process. The hiring manager and others were on time. Not many technical questions. Interviewers aside from the hiring manager were welcoming and friendly. Overall, a good process. Onboarding was quick.
