Two part interview with several people in a panel. Took about two weeks for job offer. The interview was relaxed and I had a good impression right away.

Interview
I was interviewed one day and hired the next. I was a past employee of the building with previous owners. They appreciated my past experience. Offered me a job in the spot. I was the RCC when I was previously employed so they were grateful for my past knowledge and loved the fact I wanted to return.
