Bronx House interview questions

Found the position on Idealist & applied online. I was contacted via phone call to set up the interview. The interview was a simple conversation regarding my experience and a bit about myself and the position. It was a one on one interview with the Program Director. Sadly, the pay is extremely low so I lost interest in position.
