Easy not that difficult if you know nasics of insurance and also if you are well in communicstion you should get it so it is not that difficult once you start preparing.
Simple and easy. Very fast response. Single interview process. 3 person panel. Questions about your personality and ability to handle stress. Are you a cheerful person. Can you work with little supervision. Are you open to change and working In a fast paced ever changing environment

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard and as expected. It consisted of typical questions related to insurance advisory, including assessing client needs and customer service strategies. There were also a few situational and behavioral questions to understand how I handle client interactions and challenges. Overall, the difficulty level was average, with no surprises in the questions asked. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the position. Additionally, I had to follow up multiple times to get an update on the status of my application.
