I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Broder Sachse Real Estate (Lansing, MI) in Sept 2014
Interview
I interviewed as a current employee on a site they took over. It was pretty short and sweet. They had wanted to keep stay on board for a smooth transition. After about 3 months they started getting rid of all the old staff.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Broder Sachse Real Estate (Birmingham, MI) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interviewed with direct supervisor and operations manager. I was disappointed since it took over an hour but an offer didn't come. I followed up several times but received little feedback. I've seen the position posted at least 3 times since.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Broder Sachse Real Estate (Hilliard, OH) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying on Craigslist or Indeed. I responded to the recruiter but did not hear back from him. Got a call about a week later from the Property Manager. Interviewed with the PM and Regional. Didn't hear anything for two weeks. Got phone call from PM after two weeks asking for answers to three questions that concerned him. We made a mutual decision that the pay was just too low, far below comparable positions. Offered absolute max of $12/hour, no housing discount, and only ~$35 for each lease.
