Interview
I was interviewed by the three different managers. The main hiring manager was extremely pleasant to speak with. He went out of his way to explain what Brocade is all about what Brocade could offer me and what he thought I could offer Brocade. I was then interviewed by another manager, which was also very pleasant. After my visit at the Brocade office, I was interviewed by phone by the final manger. It meant a lot to me that, although busy, he took time to gauge me and gave me a fair shot.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brocade in Apr 2012
Interview
Was contact by recruiter who set up phone interview. I was then asked to come in a few days later for an onsite interview with the hiring manager. I was contacted by HR a few hours after my onsite interview and asked to come back the following Monday for an interview with 4 people.
The interviews went great, all the recruiters were very nice and helpful. Great experience until the end. I was told I would hear one way or the other by the Wednesday following my interview. Never heard a peep out of anyone after I left the building. I followed up with the recruiter via phone and no response to my voice mail.
