First it was a Phone interview with the recruiter. he was nice and friendly, then one o one with the hiring manager - he asked some technical questions, asked about my back ground, then described the position, showed me the lab and places around. then final interview was with the VP, he was nice, again described the position, duties etc.etc.etc.
