There are Total three rounds. However, it depends on the companies requirements.
1st round will be Technical discussion
2nd will be Tech/Managerial discussion

It's good ,all are basic questions from Oracle,they expected logic questions from experience people but not necessary to give right answers.hardly 3 rounds technical and one hr round,all are maintaining professional attitude overall good experience and selected
