Applied online. Received a message via job portal, asking for clarification about a gap between college and search for job. This was the first thing covered in my CV so, person reviewing it didn't look at the CV properly. This isn't my option as I have had people go I see gap because of X in other interviews. I was moved to a phone interview with this person and another person. Phone interview was technical questions and very poor ones at that. It was mostly What is X acronyms and explain what each is in detail. It was about a half hour of this, wasn't asked if I had any question or anything said about the role or anything just I'm person 1, person 2 then a list of questions. I never heard back from them about my application before accepting a job somewhere else, and never hear from them when I removed my application because of it.
