Interview
The initial step is completing an online application, which includes questions about your background, experience, skills, and other relevant information. Then was asked over email to schedule an interview. Virtual video call with someone from HR. Asked the same things that the application asked at the beginning, giving me the opportunity to elaborate on my answers and explain my experience in a more authentic way.

Casual, wants to get a feel for who you are and what your interests are, asks hypothetical questions about how you would deal with different scenarios ex: bullying, kids having to wait in long lines, etc

Interview
The interview was scheduled a week after applying. The panel included the Human Resource Partner, Senior Finance Officer and Finance Manager. The interview was held virtually via Microsoft Teams. I was asked personal questions for the first 5 minutes then 20+ minutes I was asked job related questions.

Interview
Easy video chat interview, was quick and easy to make appointments. There was one follow up interview with a higher staff member after the initial, then a delay for a few weeks in sending the job offer so I had already accepted another job offer.
