      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Broadcom in Mar 2014

      Interview

Telephonic call. Started with college scheme for internship. What have you done in your curriculum, mainly focused on projects that i did during my learning. As the job was in networking domain mostly the focus on the projects i did related to that. Explained them about one of my project what were the challenges, what are the application how it is different then the existing one. You have to justify the programming language also. i.e. why you have chosen C as programming language. Explain each and every module of the software. After that there were some of C questions. Some logical questions. Which are mentioned in below question section. After that he asked me a puzzle. It is not necessary to solve puzzle but more important is the intent towards solving it. Luckily i was able to solve it. After that he asked me if i have any doubt related to the work and if i want to know about the company. Ask him some of the general questions about the work and the other department show some intent. Straight away there was a positive feedback from the interviewer (that he want to see me as a part of the team). End the interview ended on a positive tone.
