My interview with the ROM went very well, we seemed to share the same core values and I was asked to schedule a second interview during my initial interview. The interviewer shared why the position was opening before I even asked, as well as specific property information that is helpful to know prior to accepting a position such as vacancy information.

Phone Interview with Regional Manager. Phone interview with Regional Manager and HR Director. Short knowledge test. They also did facetime so that we could meet each other since they were in New York and I was in St. Marys, GA

Interview
I was recommended by the Owner of the Community during s transaction to sell the property. The owner of Broad visited the propèrty during due diligence and interviewed about my experience with the community. I also spoke with two executives from Broad Management and was hired to stay on with the property for continuity and my 25 years experience in the industry.
