1st day: 1.5 hours written test, a short interview with CEO
2nd day: conduct a 5-8 min English Grammar class, then negotiate salary with the COO.
Basically, they attract people with lucrative salaries posted on the job advertisement; in reality, they will offer you much less. I'm pretty sure none of the candidates who expected higher salaries got a second call.
They constantly criticized us(6 candidates on the 2nd day) for not knowing what English teaching is. They claim that they want quality teachers, but I wonder why they shortlisted only those who have little to no experience in teaching. None of us got offered the IELTS teaching position, they offered everyone to become a Research Associate for the first 3-4 months, then a Facilitator, and after about a year or so, they may hire us as IELTS Trainers.
