I initially interviewed over the phone. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview at the end of the phone call. My first in person interview was with "middle management" (who would have likely been my bosses). After this interview, I was asked to come back in to interview with them and the VP. Most of the people were professional at Brite, especially during the interview process. During my interview with the VP though, he would ask me a question, then immediately interrupt me to show pictures, jokes, and other non-related information to one of the other interviewees. Another interviewee told him to stop, but he didn't. Even if I was offered the position, I left the interview questioning if I would even want to work in an environment where there seemed to be no respect from upper management. I was told I would hear either way by the end of the week, but never heard back from them.
