Process is a three stage interview - firstly a technical interview with manager level employees - secondly a high level interview with senior management - finally HR interview to discuss benefits, pay, etc.

Interview
I was given this opportunity by a recruiter on the Friday before a Monday interview, so had limited time to prepare.
The first part was two 30 minute talk with two different actuaries where they worked through a worksheet of different points and questions. Felt like during this that they asked very vague questions and that it was hard to present myself or my abilities clearly. After this I went out into the office reception area and had a coffee with another guy and we talked more generally about hobbies, university and general interests.
