Interview
It was a smooth and comfortable interview. The conversation felt natural, not scripted, and more like getting to know each other instead of being tested. The manager focused on my experience, reliability, and how I handle responsibility. Overall, it was a lot easier and more relaxed than typical interviews

They asked me about my experience working in a secure environment.
The interview process was very straight forward. They provide description of the job and expectations. It was a quick in and out and the environment seemed very friendly and productive.

What has been a stressful situation you have overcame?
It was pretty easygoing. Didn’t get too many actual interview questions it seemed like they judged more in character and the way you hold yourself. So just relax and be yourself should be cake.
