Interview
I interviewed for the position of python developer. It was a zoom interview scheduled. At interview time two developers joined the call and they asked me to turn on webcam but they didn't turn On their webcam, which was very unprofessional.
They asked me lots of questions on Python and Django, also they told me to write code as well. Out of around 25 questions, I missed 2 syntax related questions answer. Still, I got negative feedback.
Don't know what they were expecting. Very bad interview experience.

Interview
The interview process was disappointing, primarily due to poor communication. The recruiter was unresponsive at times, leaving candidates in uncertainty. While the interviewers created a comfortable atmosphere and provided positive feedback during the discussions, the final feedback was inconsistent and unclear, making the entire process feel like a wasted effort.
