The company isn't worth giving an interview also. When u spend your time to prepare and give an interview, you deserve to know if your selected or not, that is minimum etiquette. They don't even respond to status emails. I have come to this conclusion, not after 1 interview, but after interviewing for 2 positions in a years gap.
