Phone interview- The HR employee called me and immediately began asking questions. The interview lasted 20 minutes, and wasn't tailored to me or my resume at all. It was as if she was reading a list of question, because some clearly didn't apply to me at all.

Question 1
They ask typical interview questions. Most surprising to me was a tax question. They ask you to, in your head, calculate the sales tax on a ring and explain the process of doing so.
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

Interview
They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.
