Completed first round phone interview with employee who has the position currently. Lasted about 75 minutes. Asked me to talk her through my resume then asked pretty basic behavioral questions. Also asked about the mission of the company, why Brilliant Earth specifically, etc. She was really friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her. A few days later, I got an email to schedule a second round interview.

I had a phone interview with a Marketing Manager which lasted almost an hour and a half. We went through my resume in depth and I was asked mental math questions at the end.
