Background and why this role over a traditional engineering role.
HR’s initial interview was fine. They then require you to complete a 3 hr (more like 5 hr) exercise only to ghost you and provide you with zero feedback. I’m still not sure if they even looked at my hard work. Shame on you Brightwheel! It’s sickening and in this awful market. Our time is valuable. Show a little respect!
First interview was good with HR or Recruitment team, was asked to describe resume as well as technical skills was also asked for a test/assignment and lastly with hiring manager
