I was chased down to interview by the company recruiter. That 1st interview went well. Then was chased down, rushed, to schedule my second interview with the clinical manager - another psychiatric nurse practitioner. She took one look at me a non binary BIPOC and immediately she had a very disapproving and discriminatory stance towards me. Then I was curious about the clinical process- I may have asked too many questions. I knew she would make sure I wasn’t hired- and of course the next day, I got an email stating I was not selected.
