short and easy, asked about cooking for large numbers, able to work alone, self motivated, able to be on time, dependable. they have no one to cover so if you need to miss you will have to prep and have everything ready beforehand also a question that i remember them asking is if i like kids. i didnt see how that was relevant because i was going to stay in kitchen but i said yes and over the years i see why. dont think it makes a difference in job duties but i think its partially the reason why i stayed so long
