2 on 1 interview. Open discussion going over experiences and how I would contribute to the company. Did i have any past experience that groomed me for this position and why i would be a good fit.

Interview
Relaxed interview. Met with the Account manager then met with the Operations manager for the region. He drove an hour to meet me for lunch and an interview. Paid for my lunch and asked me if I would like to receive an offer.
