Really there was no interview process for me I was promoted into the position. I met all qualifications and applied within the company. I had meeting with the Program Manager and just answered a few questions she had for me about the promotion .

No interview questions asked except did I think I could handle all the responsibilities coming along with position and why did I want to apply for the position.

Interview
No professionalism. She spent most of her time checking emails and telling me why I shouldn’t take the job. I should have listened. I wasn’t interviewed as much as I was talked at.
