I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BrightCurrent
Interview
Phone call then skype. Quick, efficient, and fair. Laid back and useful. The interview was a one-on-one process that was interesting and a two way street that allowed me to learn as much about BrightCurrent as they did about me. My interviewer was interested in how the company would help me as much as I would help them

"Why did you choose BrightCurrent over other solar companies"
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BrightCurrent (Fresno, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
3 Stage interview each about 20 mins to half an hour. Very easy, they seemed eager to get more employees. They hype up the job and make it seem like there is a lot of room for growth. However they start you part-time at almost minimum wage, with no promise of full time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BrightCurrent (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
it was done within a week. submitted resume on website, got a call back, interviewed with a gentleman over skype, was offered role within 2 days of interview. I was referred by an employee who had great things to say about the company.
