Friendly atmosphere, design team is professional and good listeners. Workers let you ask questions to clarify everything both for you and for them. A group of nice people letting you express yourself without any hesitation. This way of communication helps new candidates to show themselves if they are a good fit or not. So, because of the transparency, this apprach is a win&win situation in the long run.
