Interview
The professor offered a job to the students who scored the highest score on his first exam. Two of us scored the same score on the first exam. After that I just had to send him my resume but when I went in for the "interview" I already was offered the job.
Very easy process, lots of opportunities it was a great job and probably the best pay for an on campus job. I really enjoyed it and it provided me with a lot of experience.
2 interviews pretty straightforward, behavioral and interests, mainly future interests. Why the position, could you handle working at such and such environment? How many hours a week you could work for? Would it interfere with your classes?

Interview
My interview was a short conversation with the professor who was hiring. It took about 30 minutes. We discussed what research projects I could help with and what previous projects they had studied.
