Applied via LinkedIn, and received a response via email the following day. I was asked to do a HireFlix interview, which is a one-sided interview process. I completed the interview which consisted of four basic technical questions. Next step I was invited to a virtual interview with the HR manager, The interviewer was very unprepared. He clearly had never looked at my resume, and was reading it for the first time during the interview. He was not able to answer basic questions about the position he was attempting to fill. After the interview I was ghosted.
