I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (New York, NY)
Interview
Lots of philosophical questions. Very nice, and I enjoyed the bluntness. However, company seems a little lost without Dalio. It was nice to not have to be grilled on tech, but some topics weren't as exciting or navigable as others.
The round one is mostly behavioral questions. I did not get selected for round two. Questions were regarding leadership, teamwork and testing if you fit in their culture which is unique compared to most companies
3 round process, heavily debate oriented with other candidates. No real way to prep for it other than being able to think critically and debate well. Would recommend studying case debate topics. Interviewers were very friendly.
