Initial contact with the company was through a phone interview with two employees who currently held the same position. They were very pleasant and essentially wanted to learn more about my background/resume. The phone interview was relatively straight-forward with no questions out of left field. The on-site interview lasted approximately 4 hours. There were three rounds in which I was interviewed by two, one, and two employees, respectively. The first two rounds were interesting in that they asked hypothetical questions regarding how I would handle a situation (seems as though they were looking to understand my thought process). They also asked more personal questions regarding what I feel have been personal failures/mistakes in my life thus far, etc. The last round interview was not particularly pleasant. It was with an individual who was very aggressive in their questioning, not particularly polite, didn't wish to hear my full response before cutting me off. This person was confrontational. Certainly, if the fit wasn't there for this position, that is one thing, but the interviewing skills of this last interviewer left a bad impression.
