The most memorable interview was a discussion with multiple other candidates at the same time. It was fairly collaborative and mostly just an interesting conversation. After that there were some follow on discussions that were one on one. The people there are very smart.

Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
