I applied online then reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn for a follow up. Once I completed my initial phone screening I was passed along to the hiring manager. The position was for a renewals specialist and the second interview went well. However, I was ghosted by the recruiter Barbara when asked for a follow up on the hiring process.
