Interview
It was an in-person interview with the Executive Director. I was asked questions about my experience and why I wanted to work there. I was also asked hypothetical questions about various situations and how I would respond. Then, I was given time to ask my own questions about the company, position and benefits.

Interview
Positive and nice people who interviewed me. They made me feel welcome. I interviewed with a Regional Manager and ED. They asked about my work experience and why I was interested in working in Hospice. It was one of the easiest interviews I've ever had.

I received a phone call from the recruiter, then an in-person interview was set up with the director. I was asked appropriate questions and was given an opportunity to ask questions that I had. Then, I was given a tour of the office space and met other staff.
