The first interview, I was grilled quite unpleasantly on my cv and choices i had made - asking ridiculous questions about topics I never studied and my experience in other countries. The written task was standard policy write up and second interview was in a hotel , where I was interviewed on my policy views - felt a very combative experience. I didn't feel very supported throughout the process and was never called or written to, explaining why I hadn't got the job.
