I applied via LinkedIn. In the first stage, there was an HR screening, then a technical interview. Right from the start, HR said they weren't in a hurry and looking for the "right guy." Guess - I wasn't their kind of, because they've wrapped up after the first technical interview. So I didn't get a technical task - just a letter saying they decided not to proceed with my application. Frankly, I wasn't impressed with the interview, at least - to hear that it's impossible to set Log-based metrics in the GCP Stackdriver was weird. After two interviews, I came to mind the "right guy" they were finding - a person working with the exact solutions and products, so they probably not interested in seeing any expertise from the side. If they hire you, you will only do what they want you to do.
