Interview process was brief, hiring staff member asked a few question about experience in customer service and previous work experience in general. Very quick and pretty informal but that may have changed.

Interview
Very personal. They're willing to meet with anyone to tell them about the job and work with your schedule. They're more interested in what you have to say than the pretty words on your resume. They also give you a trial shift to see if this would be something you're interested in and pay you for that as well.
