I was reached out to about my resume that they had found online. The job was a lab technician position paying $25/hr. I did an in-person interview, no pre-interview calls aside from scheduling. I wasn’t asked many questions during the interview, and it was pretty quiet. They were polite, and the job seemed easy. Really anyone with lab experience could have done it. They never notified me that I wasn’t chosen, which seems especially unprofessional in the case of an in-person interview. Not that this is at all the reason I wasn’t chosen, but their team is also almost all men, in case anyone wants to know that about their potential future workplace.
