Our company was bought by ADS and all employees were interviewed for possible job offers. ADS was very generous with their offers and very accommodating with work hours. The benefit package was better than what we currently had with an increase in Paid Time Off Hours. They also gave us an equivalent tenure to what we had worked at our previous company.
