I applied online and had a phone screening two weeks later. I then had a Skype interview with four staff members the following week and was offered the internship a few days later.

Interview
It was a very brief and informal process. I knew the interviewer beforehand and was comfortable talking about my strengths and weaknesses. It was casual but required meeting the VP of Marketing and talking about why I thought I'd be a good fit.
