Interview
Very thorough - they were polite, professional and interested in my opinion. The pay, however, is below market rate and the hours are long and the post production schedule is compressed.

Interview
I was encouraged to apply to a position different than the one I applied for—which was a better fit. I answered an online essay (test) and did one interview. The interview process was pretty quick, friendly, and I had an offer within a day or two.
